Fee and Payment
1. PayPal
At the end of the booking process you can be redirected to PayPal with a click on the option "Pay with PayPal". There you can make the payment after you have entered your PayPal login information.
Even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay with PayPal by credit card (in some countries also by bank account). You don’t have to make the payment immediately. In your customer account you have the possibility for a later payment via PayPal. Please see the item „Customer account“ below.
2. Bank Transfer
If you don't wish to use the pay-now option by PayPal, you can pay via bank transfer.

Validity of the booking
After sending out your booking, you immediately will receive an e-mail confirmation together with an invoice. This means, that upon the receipt of this written confirmation the service is firmly booked.
Privacy and Information
The data sent to the "Praxis for Neurofeedback & Ergotherapy" are stored and processed in the EDV and in manual lists for the proper order processing. By booking the service, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data. The legal data protection regulations are ensured.
Customer account
During the booking process, the booking system creates a customer account for you and your data will be permanently stored on our system. You will receive a message by e-mail with a confirmation link. To activate your customer account, please click this link. After activation, you have the opinion to login at https://qeeg-analysis.com/login with your access data, which are also communicated to you in this mail message.
After logging in, you can check your bookings in the menu item "My Bookings" (at the bottom of the website). If you did not complete the payment at the time of booking, you can switch to Paypal by clicking on the link and make the payment.
In menu item „My account“ you can view all your data and, if necessary, change it according to your wishes.
Execution of the service
We will start working after receipt of payment.
